3. You agree that AD EVENT MANAGEMENT (M) SDN BHD may; given certain circumstances and without prior notification, terminate all membership privileges. Cause for termination shall include, but not be limited to: • Violations of these Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy;
• User initiated request;
• Extended periods of account inactivity;
• Repetitive returned emails from a therefore assumed inactive account;
• Unforeseeable technical difficulties or issues;
• Law enforcement requests
4. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and in particular we do not warrant that:

6. The advertisement posted are only approved after careful evaluation by AD EVENT MANAGEMENT (M) SDN BHD. Any money paid in advance will be refunded in full within 14 working days if the advertisement is rejected for what ever reasons as decided by AD EVENT MANAGEMENT (M) SDN BHD
7. All advertisements submitted for posting on www.ad.com.my will have to be relevant to the EVENTS INDUSTRY. We reserve the right to reject any advertisements which we deem to be contrary or irrelevant.all decisions made are final and no appeals will be entertained.
8. We do not control the information or facts provided by the advertisers and users, which is made available through our system,AD EVENT MANAGEMENT (M) SDN BHD cannot guarantee that all its information in the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free
9. We are not involved in the actual transaction between advertisers and clients ( buyers ). As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items or services advertised, or the truth and accuracy of the listings and the ability of advertisers to sell the items and services. We cannot be held liable if any advertiser fails to deliver or complete a transaction.
10. Advertiser(s) have be of age 18 years old and above. 11. We may change these terms of use from time to time. The changes will appear in the Terms Of Use as and when applicable. Your use of the “www.ad.com.my” web site after any changes have been made will constitute your agreement to the modified terms of use and all of the changes. You understand and agree that we may discontinue or change :www.ad.com.my” web site at any time, without prior notice.
